The Frenchie has a very playful personality! They are sturdy, muscular dogs but because of that short nose they can’t handle over activity or excessive heat! They can be as large as 28-30 pounds, but the average is 18-24 pounds at maturity. They have a big head, wrinkles on the face, flat nose and prominent eyes, along with those gigantic bat ears! They are known for their snoring, wheezing and farting. They are generally good with dogs and kids. They don’t’ need a lot of space, but do like to go on walks or get out in the yard for a quick zoomies session. These dogs thrive on human contact and prefer not to be left alone for long periods of time. Frenchie’s don’t require a lot of grooming, but you do need to keep those face folds clean and toenails clipped! Frenchies are considered one of the coolest breeds out there!
