Welcome to Hidden View Farms! Nestled at the foothills of the beautiful Hocking Hills in Lancaster, Ohio, we are a family-run professional breeding farm dedicated to raising healthy, happy puppies and kittens. Our mission is simple: to provide families with well-cared-for, well-socialized pets that bring joy into their homes.
We’re the Gordons, Dave, Teana, Cole, Megan, and Zach, and it takes all five of us working full-time
to keep Hidden View Farms running smoothly.

Each role is essential, and together we’re able to provide exceptional care and service.
We began breeding dogs in 2000, starting with Shih Tzus, quickly followed by Dachshunds. In 2005, Cole expanded our program by adding Poodles and Pomeranians using money earned from his 4H projects; funds he later used to put himself through college debt-free, earning three degrees. His dedication and business sense continue to guide us today.
Over the years, we’ve raised several breeds, but we now focus on those that best match the lifestyles and needs of our puppy families. Whether you need a social companion, a low-shedding option, or an outdoor adventure buddy, we’re confident we can help you find the right fit.
In 2021, we introduced a new adventure, our cattery. We now raise purebred, registered kittens, including Maine Coons, Ragdolls, and Bengals. Each breed has its own charm, and we love helping families experience the joy they bring.
One of our greatest blessings is the ability to work toward self-sufficiency on our 10 acres. We raise our own meat and offer high-quality, locally raised products to our customers. In a time when food transparency matters more than ever, buying directly from a local farmer ensures trust, quality, and peace of mind.
All of our livestock is pasture-raised, fed non-GMO diets, and humanely cared for.
